Tender beef chunks simmered in a thick coconut-spice gravy with toasted kerisik, lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime leaves and a balanced chilli heat, truly rich, aromatic, and deeply caramelised.
Ingredients:
Beef, Coconut Milk (Coconut Extract, Water), Rendang Paste [Onion, Palm Oil, Chili, Lemongrass, Galangal, Grated Coconut, Turmeric Leaves, Kaffir Lime Leaves, Garlic, Ginger, Coriander, Cumin, Fennel, Turmeric Powder, Black Pepper, Salt, Sugar], Kerisik (Toasted Grated Coconut), Palm Sugar, Salt, Tamarind Juice.
Preparation Method:
- Microwave sealed pack for 4-5mins at high heat.
