Ingredients (Skewers):
Satay meat (chicken/ beef/ mutton), Coriander Seed, Cumin Seed, Fennel Seed, Garlic, Ginger, Turmeric Powder, Galangal, Salt, Sugar, Lemon Grass.
Ingredients (Sauce):
Peanuts, soy sauce, palm sugar, garlic, lemongrass, ginger, and galangal.
Preparation Methods:
- Satay: Bake 30mins at 180°C, or Flame grilled until cooked.
- Sauce: Microwave opened pack for 2mins or heat up sealed pack in boiling water for 5 mins.
