Ingredients:
Ginger, garlic, coriander/parsley, lemon juice, black pepper, cumin, salt, vegetable oil.
Preparation Methods (Retail Pack)
- Mix with 30 ml oil + 20 ml water.
- Coat 1 kg chicken/seafood/veg.
- Marinate 2–4 hrs (overnight best). Grill/roast to doneness.
