Ingredients
Green chilli, coriander leaves, mint leaves, garlic, ginger, cumin, lemon juice, salt, sugar, vegetable oil.
Serving Instructions:
- Serve as is (or)
- For quick service marinade, mix 1 kg sauce +200 ml oil + 150 ml lemon for 4–5 kg protein.
