A hearty Arabian-style mandi rice meal topped with tender lamb shank. Savory, aromatic and satisfyingcomplete meal in one tray.
Ingredients:
Mandi Rice [Basmati Rice, Water/Stock, Onion, Vegetable Oil/Ghee, Salt, Mandi Spice Blend (Coriander,Cumin, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Clove, Black Pepper, Bay Leaf), Lemon Juice, Dried Lime (Loomi) (optional)]Lamb Shank, Mandi Paste [Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Green Chilli, Cooking Oil, Mixed Spices, Salt, Sugar], Salt.
Heating Instructions:
- Leave the pack as sealed (do not unseal).
- Frozen - Microwave on HIGH: 4–6 minutes.
- Chilled (0–4°C): Microwave: 2–3 minutes
- Let stand 1 minute, stir rice lightly and check it is piping hot throughout.
