Coconut-rich and luxuriously silky, lifted by fresh chilli padi (bird’s eye chilli) and turmeric. Creates a clean, resonant heat with a premium finish, best served with whiterie.
Ingredients:
Onions, Palm Oil, Thai Chili, Salt, shrimp paste, turmeric leaves, Kaffir Lime Leaves, Turmeric, Lemongrass.
Preparation Methods (Retail Pack):
- Add paste to 500ml of water and 250ml coconut milk.
- Add 1kg fried chicken or fish.
- Bring to boil.
