Ingredients
Onion, tomato, vegetable oil, ginger, garlic, red chilli, coriander, cumin, turmeric, black pepper, salt, curry leaves, whole spices
Serving Instructions:
- Add paste + 600 ml water.
- Add 1 kg mutton (par-boil/pressure-cook if tough).
- Simmer 30–40 min till tender.
